FINAL PORTFOLIO JUDGING IS UNDERWAY!

The Summit Diplomat teams have now completed their Innovation Portfolios and the last round of judging is underway!

The 2015 Conrad Innovation Summit, April 9-11 at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, is sure to be the best ever with more than 50 Diplomat teams confirmed. These teams and their guests can look forward to a fantastic slate of speakers and activities, culminating in the Closing Ceremony where this year’s Pete Conrad Scholars, Power Pitch Winners, and our Teacher of the Year will be announced.

We are also pleased to welcome an Ambassador Team from the country of Georgia, winners of the Millennium Finals competition organized by Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia.  Check out their introductory video here.

We encourage all semi-finalist teams to check out the new Intellectual Property Resources Page sponsored by the Intellectual Property Owners Education Association (IPOEF) and for Summit Diplomat teams to consider filing a provisional patent application now!

On behalf of the team at the Conrad Foundation, we appreciate your participation and interest in the Conrad Challenge.

Conrad Challenge Prepares Students For Success

Conrad Challenge Founder Nancy Conrad recently caught up with the winners of the first Conrad Spirit of Innovation Award, Talia Nour-Omid and Michael Hakimi, at the school they used to attend, the Milken Community High School.  With them is their former teacher and coach Roger Kassebaum, the first Conrad Challenge Teacher of the Year.  Watch and learn how they benefited from participating in the Conrad Challenge!
