Conrad Challenge Handbook

The Conrad Challenge Student Handbook is a detailed document explaining the Conrad Challenge from registration to the final round. All students are required to read through the handbook each year.

No Box Toolbox

Team registered? Ready to hit the ground running, but don't know where to start?

We are here to help! The No Box Toolbox is a structured, collaboration framework for teachers and student teams to understand and accomplish innovative and entrepreneurial solutions. No Box Toolbox was inspired by Google Ventures Design Sprint and was formerly known as the Conrad Design Method. Step by step, teams will identify and understand a problem, sketch solutions, prototype and validate.

This method uses the platform SLACK to visually present curriculum and guide student teams and their teachers through each step of the design process. Through the Toolbox, students and teachers gain access to ongoing personalized lesson plans, subject matter experts, training modules and online support. In addition, this platform provides the framework for teachers and students to share and guide each other.

Registered teams will receive introductory information on No Box Toolbox shortly after they complete registration for the Challenge. The Conrad Foundation strongly encourages teams to utilize this tool during the competition.

For all questions regarding No Box Toolbox, please contact Conrad's Executive Director of Education, Claude Charron at ConradDesignMethod@gmail.com
